Lead enterprise agile transformation of the company both from projects and operational perspectives. Provided direct consultancy for IVR Implementation, ATM Transformation, Core Banking Framework Development, Enterprise Cash Management Platform Development, DWBI Dashboard Development Projects and the transformation of all operations of Cash Management department. Provided training programs for both line departments of banking, and different departments within IT. Provided consultancy in the design of agile project management, software development life cycle, system analysis and design, and change management processes.

Lead enterprise project office deployment program. Designed organization, processes, standards, job descriptions and performance indicators as well as supporting management information systems for project management and innovation management life cycles. Initiated reporting room deployment program and Data Warehouse implementation. Provided direct consultancy to CTO and COO for quarterly performance reporting for international headquarters. Act as the coordinating consultant in the implementation of Enterprise Processes and Standards Directory and major procurement processes of Salesperson of The Future Project.
